Not only does our sustainable, earth-friendly, four-season resort give you a great view of the Bay of Fundy (and easy access to all the great spots around it), it’s the perfect place to let loose and relax YOUR WAY.

We don’t SHHH here.

Here, all are welcome and encouraged to kick back, relax, and socialize freely – after all, how we unwind comes down to personal preference. So, for those of you who crave absolute silence, please keep in mind this isn’t your average “hush hush” spa experience.

While we DO offer some quiet spaces on-site to help you disconnect (like the yoga dome and private cabins), shh-ing guests is not for us, so please keep this in mind when you’re planning your next visit to Hope-Wellness Eco-Resort.

Nordic Lounge

  • Thermal experience:

    • Cedar sauna

    • Cold plunge pool

    • Custom 4-season salt-water pool

    • Indoor and outdoor relaxation and conversation spaces and communal fire pits

    Food & Drink

    • Outdoor bar featuring local craft beer, wine & season-inspired cocktails. Bar hours change seasonally.

    • We offer light, seasonal snacks at the Nordic Spa

      Our main lobby café opens at 10am, serving up fresh smoothies and pastries—perfect for a quick grab and go or a chill breakfast with a view. Whether you’re fueling up or just feeling snacky, we’ve got you covered.

  • Access to the Nordic Lounge facilities starts at $55+Tax per person. Must be 19 years of age or older.

    Our half-day passes are available every Fridays and Saturday from 5pm. Enjoy evening access for just $40+tax.

  • Starting at $279+tax per night. Overnight guests have access to the entire property, including the yoga dome and the nordic lounge facilities.

    • Private and group yoga classes in our custom yoga dome, or a location of your choosing on our 20-acre property! Contact us for pricing and availability.

    • We love to host workshops with local artists, apothecaries, and service providers. If you’ve got an idea that you think would be brought to life at our resort, we want to hear from you! Let’s make this happen.

  • Calling all people in love dreaming of tying the knot surrounded by close family, friends, and nature! Our wedding services are perfect for:

    • Small weddings or elopements with guest lists under 75 people.

    • Couples who are prioritizing quality time, relaxation, and FUN on their wedding day.

  • The most relaxing beautiful spot! 12/10! Everything was absolutely perfect! The cabins were sparkling clean and decorated so beautifully.   • My Wife and I (& our dog Phil) had the pleasure of celebrating our Anniversary at Hope-Wellness Eco-Resort. It met all of our expectations and delivered on all its promises. The staff were helpful, created delicious food boards, and are genuinely kind people. The accommodations are beautifully put together and especially comfortable. The Nordic Circuit was a delight (Ice bath included) and offered a gorgeous view. Above all of that, and the thing that will be bringing us back, was the way it helped us disconnect from external stresses by presenting a simplified view of what's important and encouraging us to reconnect with nature, ourselves, and eachother. This isn't just a place to stay, it's a place to experience.
